About Us
Scott Foreman has been involved in many social issues throughout his life. The amount of need in the world presents no shortage of opportunities to engage. However at a business conference, Scott’s awareness of one specific need with MANY related issues became the catalyst for Water For Our World. One African woman’s story about the daily 6-mile journey for drinking water became a moment of awakening for Scott to the worldwide water crisis. This began a process of education and understanding of the crucial role that water plays in so many of the world’s problems – from AIDS to hunger to disease to poverty – water can be a key solution. Scott began assembling a team of like-minded people who share his commitment and compassion to create viable solutions to this central issue of available water. Together, this group has developed a non-profit* bottled water company that provides water products that generates both awareness and revenue which fund the building of water wells worldwide. The foundation of this initiative is an understanding that where “water flows community grows.” Water is an answer to many social and economic issues of underdeveloped countries and to the overall growth and health of communities throughout the world.
The five primary actions that Water For Our World engages are….
